Our Wagyu is legit!

Every cut of Wagyu we select receives a grading certification issued by the Japan Meat Rating Association. The certificate is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries ("MAFF") under the "Act on Special Measures Concerning Management and Communication of Information for Individual Identification of Cattle" (whew!) In other words; you don't have to take our word for how good our Wagyu is: Japan's MAFF has certified it too so you know it's legit!
